I have enjoyed millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that 21 appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Take $5 paid to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet
Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
